Five cheeses chosen for balance: two bloomy rinds, something cultured and savoury through the middle, a slow applewood smoke, and a proper blue to finish.
What's in it
- Brick Lane Bree — An almond base, slowly ripened beneath a bloomy white rind, with a centre that turns soft and creamy as it warms. Beneath that, mushroom and a thread of truffle.
- Camemvert — A butterbean base, infused with aromatic truffle oil and enveloped in a delicate white bloom rind, this artisanal vegan cheese offers a gooey, melty texture that's perfect for spreading or baking.
- Camden Cultured — Fermented for a savoury, sophisticated bite that belongs on any fine cheeseboard.
- Shoreditch Smoked — Deeply smoky and gently bold, with a slow applewood warmth that lingers. A soft almond base, matured with real applewood smoke.
- Brixton Blue — A soft, brooding blue, matured slowly for a properly pungent character.
For pairings: caperberries and a sweet apple preserve with the Brixton Blue, a sharp chutney and crusty bread with the Shoreditch Smoked, your best crackers and a glass of fizz with the Camden Cultured and the white rinded fauxmage. Pour something jammy and red, or keep it crisp and cold.

How should I store my fauxmage?
Keep your cheese refrigerated and sealed in its original packaging until you're ready to enjoy it. Once opened, we recommend storing in Tupperware and consuming within 3 days. Some natural variation can occur as the cheese continues to mature - just like traditional dairy cheese.
Can I freeze your cheeses?
Most of our cheeses can be frozen for up to one month, making it easy to enjoy them at your own pace. For best results, wrap well and defrost slowly in the fridge before serving.
Please note that soft, bloomy-rind cheeses (like our Camemvert-style) are best enjoyed fresh and aren’t suited to freezing.
If you’re unsure about freezing, email us (support@lafauxmagerie.co.uk) and we’ll advise.
Are your cheeses suitable for those avoiding dairy?
Yes - all of our cheeses are 100% plant-based and made using carefully selected ingredients and whole foods bases. We use traditional cheesemaking techniques (including fermentation and ageing) to create depth of flavour and texture, without any dairy.
