BBQ'd Camemvert with Vegan 'Nduja
Baked camembert on the barbecue is the summer centrepiece you didn't know you needed... smoky, molten and ready in ten minutes!
Because camembert isn't just for Christmas.
Swap the oven for the coals, top a whole wheel of La Fauxmagerie camembert-style cheese with a generous spoonful of Symplicity 'Nduja, and let the heat do the work. What comes out is gloriously oozy, gently spiced and properly smoky: a dairy-free baked camembert that holds its own against anything else on the grill.
(P.S. You're definitely going to need more bread.)
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of La Fauxmagerie Camemvert
